Site Development

We offer consultancy services for facilitating site development of greenfield and brownfield sites in terms of its drainage and impact on the floodplain.  We recognize the early identification of liabilities, risks and opportunities that a site and its infrastructure may offer.  We can offer abnormal cost estimates and design support during implementation for all drainage and water related issues including the technical assessment of engineering and environmental options for providing flood protection and  compensatory storage.  We can provide Flood Risk Assessments including hydrological and  and undertake liaisons with the EA and planning departments to help gain approval for the development.
